How can I close my account?

You can request to close your account and delete your data through any of the following methods. Please ensure your wallet balance is zero before proceeding.

  • Via SahulatPay App:
    • Go to Settings.
    • Select Delete Account.
    • Enter your MPIN to securely confirm the deletion.
  • Via Email: Send your request to info@sahulatpay.pk with a request to close and delete your account.
  • Via Helpline: Contact our support team at +92-21-33540360 to speak with an agent.

Note: Once the process is finalized, your account will be closed immediately and you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that you will lose all access to your account and personal data permanently.
