These Terms govern access to and use of the SahulatPay platform and related services made available by Secure Transact Solutions (Private) Limited under the SahulatPay brand.
Effective Date: 26th March 2026
SahulatPay is operated by Secure Transact Solutions (Private) Limited, a company incorporated in Pakistan and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Certain services may be subject to applicable regulatory approvals.
These Terms apply whenever you register for, access or use SahulatPay. Together with the Privacy Policy, the Complaints & Dispute Resolution Policy and any additional service-specific terms that may apply to a particular service, they form the agreement between you and SahulatPay. If a separate set of terms is presented for a specific service or channel, those additional terms will apply to that service together with these Terms.
To register for and use SahulatPay, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and satisfy SahulatPay’s onboarding, verification, and due diligence requirements. As part of registration, SahulatPay may ask for information and documents such as your name, mobile number, address, identification details, photographs, device information, liveness or biometric checks, source-of-funds information, and any other information reasonably required for compliance, risk management, fraud prevention, or service delivery.
SahulatPay does not knowingly permit persons under 18 years of age to open or use an account. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor without a valid legal basis or required authorization, we may delete or anonymize such data, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, and record-retention obligations.
SahulatPay may limit, suspend, decline, or consolidate multiple accounts or wallets associated with the same person where required by law, regulatory requirements, fraud controls, security concerns, or internal risk policies.
A SahulatPay account may include a PKR-denominated digital payments account or wallet made available through the SahulatPay platform, subject to product availability, operational arrangements, applicable law, and regulatory requirements.
Where SahulatPay receives customer funds, issues e-money, or safeguards funds in connection with wallet or payment services, such funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law, regulatory requirements, and any applicable safeguarding or segregation arrangements.
You must ensure that all information you provide at signup and afterwards remains complete, accurate and current. SahulatPay may ask you at any time to confirm information, update records or provide documents, explanations or other evidence. You must review your account balance, transaction history and profile information regularly, and you should raise any question, discrepancy or irregularity as soon as possible through the available support channels.
You may only use a funding source, device, or other instrument that you are authorised to use and, where applicable, that is held in your own name or under your lawful control. Account activity will generally appear in your transaction history together with a transaction reference or similar record identifier. When contacting SahulatPay about a specific transaction, you should quote the available reference or provide enough information to help identify the transaction. If you become aware of an unauthorised, duplicate, misdirected, or incorrect transaction, you must notify SahulatPay without undue delay and, in any event, no later than three (3) months from the date of the transaction.
You are responsible for keeping your password, MPIN, OTPs, recovery information, and all other personalised security features secure at all times. You must not disclose them to anyone, allow others to observe you using them, or store them in an unsafe manner. SahulatPay personnel should not ask you for your password or MPIN. Any message, call, site, or prompt asking for those credentials outside the approved SahulatPay flow should be treated with caution and reported. You must also take reasonable care to keep your device, SIM, mobile number, e-mail account, and any browser or app access secure. If any credential, device, or security feature is lost, stolen, compromised, misused, or suspected to be compromised, you must take immediate protective steps and contact SahulatPay promptly. As a security best practice, you should update your MPIN and password periodically and avoid reusing them across services.
Depending on product availability, operational arrangements, and applicable law, SahulatPay may make available services such as account funding, bill payments, and cash-out or other supported payment channels made available from time to time. At launch, the services may be limited to selected supported features, and not every service or channel will necessarily be available at all times. SahulatPay does not guarantee that every service, method, partner channel, or feature will remain continuously available, and any service or channel may be added, withdrawn, restricted, modified, or replaced from time to time.
You may load or add value to your account only through the methods that SahulatPay makes available from time to time. Value is credited after the corresponding funds are received by SahulatPay, or by a partner institution or other authorised channel acting for or with SahulatPay, and after any applicable verification, reconciliation, or compliance checks are completed. A payment or transfer instruction may be declined, delayed, reversed, held, or not executed where required by law, network or partner rules, sanctions screening, fraud controls, technical reasons, incomplete information, insufficient balance, or any other reasonable operational or risk-based ground.
You may request redemption, withdrawal, or cash-out of all or part of the available balance through the methods supported by SahulatPay from time to time. SahulatPay does not guarantee the availability of any particular withdrawal or cash-out method. If funds are transferred or a withdrawal is otherwise completed but your account is not immediately debited because of a delay, technical issue, or reconciliation mismatch, you authorise SahulatPay to debit the corresponding amount, together with any applicable charges, once the issue is identified and processed.
Your account and the services available through it may be subject to limits relating to registration status, verification level, transaction type, payment method, available channels, usage patterns, applicable law, internal risk controls and other operational factors. Limits may change from time to time and may be visible within the SahulatPay platform or communicated through another approved channel. Before using a service, you remain responsible for checking whether the requested transaction is permitted within the applicable limits.
SahulatPay may rely on partner banks, financial institutions, payment schemes, cash collection points, agents, merchants, gateways, and other service providers for the operation of some services. Where you use a third-party channel, partner institution, or service provider in connection with SahulatPay, a separate relationship may exist between you and that relevant institution or provider. You are responsible for understanding the terms, conditions, restrictions, charges, and limits that apply under that separate relationship. SahulatPay is not responsible for the independent terms of any partner or third party, although those terms may affect how you use SahulatPay.
You must not use SahulatPay for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive purpose. Without limitation, SahulatPay must not be used in connection with drugs or drug paraphernalia, weapons or ammunition, unlawful pornography or adult material, material that incites violence, hatred or racism, counterfeit goods, illegal lotteries or gambling activity, unregistered charities, goods or services that facilitate illegal activity, unauthorised third-party processing or payment aggregation, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, high-yield investment programs, or goods or services that infringe the rights of another person. SahulatPay may require evidence of source of funds, the purpose of a transaction, the identity of a counterparty or any other information necessary for compliance and risk review, and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required or permitted by law.
Charges, commissions, taxes and other amounts payable in connection with SahulatPay may be displayed in the app, on the website, within the relevant workflow or through another approved channel. By using the relevant service, you agree to the applicable charges. SahulatPay may deduct, set off or recover from your account balance any fee, tax, adjustment, reversal, refund, chargeback, penalty, debit correction or other amount properly payable by you. If the available balance is insufficient, SahulatPay may decline the requested service, restrict account functionality, seek recovery from you or require another settlement method.
By registering for or using SahulatPay, you acknowledge that SahulatPay may collect, use, access, process, retain, share and disclose personal data and transaction-related information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable law, lawful directions of competent authorities and reasonable operational requirements connected with the SahulatPay platform and services. You should read the Privacy Policy carefully because it forms part of your agreement with SahulatPay.
SahulatPay and its licensors own the intellectual property rights in and relating to the SahulatPay platform, services, branding, logos, interface content, software, documentation and related materials. You may use them only to the extent necessary to access and use the services in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or otherwise misuse any part of the SahulatPay platform or related materials except where such activity is expressly permitted by law and cannot lawfully be excluded.
SahulatPay may restrict, suspend, limit or terminate your account or any service, with or without prior notice where permitted by law, if this is required by a competent authority, applicable law, sanctions rules, anti-money laundering or counter-terrorist financing requirements, applicable payment system rules, risk controls, security concerns, suspected fraud, suspected unauthorised access, a breach of these Terms, incomplete or inaccurate information, or any other reasonable ground connected with safety, legality, compliance or operational integrity. You may request closure of your account through the available channels. If a balance remains in the account at closure, SahulatPay may require you to redeem or withdraw it in accordance with the applicable procedure and may carry out legal, reconciliation, fraud or compliance checks before releasing funds. If SahulatPay receives notice of the death of an account holder, it may suspend further use of the account and require documentary proof of legal entitlement. Any remaining balance or related information will only be released to the lawful successors, nominees where legally recognised, or other persons legally entitled to claim through presentation of documents required under applicable Pakistani law, including a succession certificate or any other document that SahulatPay may lawfully accept. Available transaction history and records may be accessible for a reasonable period after closure, subject to law, system availability and record retention rules.
SahulatPay may communicate with you through SMS, e-mail, portal messages, push notifications, account statements or another approved durable or retrievable medium. You are responsible for checking incoming communications regularly and for keeping your mobile number, e-mail address and other contact details current. SahulatPay may amend these Terms, related policies or additional service-specific terms from time to time. Revised documents may become effective upon notice or from the date specified in the relevant notice or document. Current versions may be made available through the SahulatPay platform, website or another approved channel.
Any complaint about SahulatPay or any dispute concerning a transaction or service should be raised through SahulatPay’s support channels with sufficient detail to identify the matter. You should clearly indicate whether you are raising a service complaint or disputing a transaction. SahulatPay may request additional evidence, statements, screenshots, receipts, bank proofs, transaction references, or any other supporting material reasonably necessary to review the case. The Complaints & Dispute Resolution Policy forms part of this suite and explains the general handling framework.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, SahulatPay will not be liable for loss, cost or damage arising from your failure to safeguard credentials, late reporting of an issue, your fraud or gross negligence, merchant-side problems relating to the quality, quantity, legality or delivery of goods or services, taxes or duties arising from your use of the services, issues caused by partner institutions or third-party channels, disruption of intermediary services, compliance with lawful directions of competent authorities, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law. SahulatPay may take reasonable steps to help trace, review or recover an incorrect or misdirected payment, but cannot guarantee recovery in every case. You agree to indemnify and hold SahulatPay, its affiliates and service providers harmless from claims, losses, fines, penalties, costs or expenses arising from your misuse of the services, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the SahulatPay account or related services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Karachi, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect. SahulatPay may transfer or assign its rights or obligations under these Terms where permitted by law or as part of a lawful business reorganisation, merger, transfer or outsourcing arrangement. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without SahulatPay’s prior written consent.
